"The flowers appear on the earth; The time of the
singing [of birds] is come, And the voice of the
turtle-dove is heard in our land;" Solomon 2:12

Ready or not.. here it comes... just on the crest of a brand new beginning of seeing the grass changing to a bright clean green... the leaves have the freshness of the season... the trees are bringing forth buds and blooms of fragrance... and little bunnies, chipmunks, squirrels are embarking on their new lives. Birds are building their nests.. and the bulbs that you planted in the fall are just now peeking through the earth.

*NOTHING says "Happy Holidays," or "You Are Special," or just "I Care" better than a bunch of beautiful, lovely and deliciously fragrant fresh flowers! Happy Easter!

Now that the house is in order it's time to spruce up the yard. Spring planting is such a fun time. That is as long as ya don't mind getting a bit of dirt under your fingernails.

Everyone knows that lady bugs in the garden are lucky so here's a special lucky lady bug just for youto enjoy.

Kind hearts are the gardens
Kind words are the roots
Kind thoughts are the flowers
Kind deeds are the fruits.

The Easter Feeling

The Easter feeling does not end.
It signals a new beginning,
Of nature, spring, and brand new life,
And friendship, peace, and giving.
The spirit of Easter is all about
Hope, love, and joyful living.

Here is a yellow daffodil
That nods from left to right;
Here are the leaves so soft and green
That guard it through the night.

Whispered Promise

On Easter Day the lilies bloom,
Triumphant, risen from their tomb;
Their bulbs have undergone rebirth,
Born from the silence of the earth...
Symbolically...to tell all men
That Christ, the Savior, lives again.
The angels, pure and white as they,
Have come and rolled the stone away
And with the lifting of the stone
The shadow of the cross is gone!
